This accommodation had a central setting literally right in the center of the action. We had a plentiful and incredible breakfast with french toast and homemade marmalade and pancakes offered including homemade marmalade.

Would recommend it as we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Rural venue, it offers fantastic breakfast and very well decorated and a nice size rooms. The restaurant is good.

The personnel was amicable and superfriendly. The venue was set in the central position short walk to historic areas, shops, restaurants, piers, marina and bus station and 10 minute drive to beach. Furthermore, within walking distance of all tourist destinations.

The breakfast was plentiful and fantastic with pancakes and homemade marmalade and french toast, had everything you could want. Hotel's location was absolutely perfect, very close to activities. Again, I could reach International Tennis Hall of Fame relatively near the property.

I booked beautifully decorated room with dilapidated bathroom. This accommodation was in the central location close to attractions. It was also next to restaurants, shopping, the harbor, and downtown area.

That hotel was in a perfect and excellent location, near the mansions or cliff walk. What's more, it was really close to the restaurant, restaurants, shopping, the harbor, and Newport for years.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations for dining. The cozy and clean rooms, with comfortable beds, were perfect for our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the shops, restaurants, and beach within walking distance.

The breakfast was a normal Continental Breakfast, quite tasty with fruit. The room was beautiful, the bathroom extremely interesting. The bed was very wide and comfortable, almost like a four-poster bed. The hotel owner and the rest of the staff took great care of the guests. The location is fantastic because you are in the middle of the city centre and yet very close to the Waterfront.

A small fridge in the room would have been good.

We had a great time at Cleveland House Inn. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and the manager was excellent. It was also a bonus that the room was larger than what you usually get in other Newport hotels.

It has favourable location to everything from Clarke St walking distance to town, in a very historic area.

The hotel's setting was central and the staff were amiable and extremely friendly people on the hospitality of the hosts.
